My Review
From the minute I saw that stunning sunny cover I knew this was going to be the book of the summer! As soon As I started reading that very first chapter I was instantly transported to the beautiful Jewel Island that sounds like paradise and I was hooked on this book. Having read the previous books which featured here I was so excited and it was like I’d never been away. In this book the main character is Lyra and what an adventure she is on after getting a cottage and her new job on the island, its all she’s ever wanted so I couldn’t wait to read and find out what was in store for her. Lyra is such a lovable character and it is so lovely to find out more about her.
Throughout the book there is so many laugh out loud moments that will gave you in fits of giggles. I definitely had the biggest smile on my face reading this. Honestly it was the escapism that I needed right now and is a real joy to read. Such a beautiful read that will make you want it not to end. I absolutely loved it. This is definitely the best book I’ve read this year!
