About the book

He thinks he’s safe up there. But he’ll never be safe from you.

The Heights is a tall, slender apartment building among the warehouses of Tower Bridge, its roof terrace so discreet you wouldn’t know it existed if you weren't standing at the window of the flat directly opposite. But you are. And that’s when you see a man up there – a man you’d recognize anywhere. He’s older now and his appearance has subtly changed, but it’s definitely him.

Which makes no sense at all since you know he has been dead for over two years.  You know this for a fact.

Because you’re the one who killed him.  It’s time to confess what we did up there.

My Review

Oh my goodness! This is one mega thriller. Honestly the twists and turns they don’t stop and most of this book you are on the edge of your seat in suspense waiting to find out what is going to happen. No matter what you try to predict is going to happen it’s something completely different and that is definitely what you look for it a good thriller.

The characters in this were fantastic and very believable. The author has picked this bunch very well as they all fitted this story perfectly. They are also characters that you’ll never forget.

The author has written this book superbly and definitely knows how to capture the reader’s attention from the very first chapter. You will not want to put this down until you've read that very last page.

About the book

There's always time for a second chance...

At least that is what people say. But what if it's true? What if you could walk out the door and build a whole new you, a whole new life?

Clare and Jack are about to find out.

He's a middle-aged barrister, living life as he 'should'. She's a recently divorced dance teacher and mum to a teenage daughter. Change isn't easy for either of them.

But it's not impossible.

If they do something BIG, could the next half of their lives be the best half?

My Review
Oh my this book is incredibly heart warming and emotional. I just loved the story to this as it’s definitely so relatable. Clare and Jack are two very strong amazing characters and I really enjoyed being on their journeys and I desperately wanted them to get their happy endings that they both so much deserve.

This was my first time reading a book from this author but let me tell tell you it definitely won’t be my last. This author sure knows how to write a fantastic book. I am looking forward to reading more from her.

A very easy 5star rating from me!
